Orientation Marketing is a leading pharmaceutical and life-sciences marketing and communications agency. Job Role

This is an opportunity to join a successful and growing agency and expand the service offering for the agency. The role is focussed on managing and executing the day-to-day operations of the digital marketing team, and will involve supporting on a range of campaigns, clients and projects. The role also includes supporting on the promotion and growth of the Orientation Marketing brand, as well as its sister brands.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Operations Manager and Directors, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of tasks which includes content writing/copywriting, social campaign setup and management, email marketing management, analysis and reporting within a client services setting. You will have a varied remit, and your day will consist of a multitude of tasks for various clients.

Key Responsibilities

A Digital Marketing Executive’s duties include, but are not limited to:

Support the planning, execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns tailored for B2B pharmaceutical clients, covering SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media and content marketing.

Develop and optimize content that engages pharmaceutical professionals and stakeholders.

Manage and enhance website content for SEO and lead generation.

Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms with a focus on thought leadership and industry insights.

Analyze and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts for pharmaceutical clients.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and content specialists to create impactful marketing materials.

Support the creation and management of paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage targeted email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance.

Conduct analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Specification

2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within a marketing agency, B2B environment or the pharmaceutical industry.

Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field would be beneficial.

Understanding of social, search, email and reporting channels, with a keen eye for metrics and statistics.

Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills with an understanding of pharmaceutical terminology and compliance.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced industry.

Terms and Benefits

The role will be subject to a three-month probationary period

Normal working hours are 9:00-17:00 (35 hours per week)

20 days annual holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays)
