Our team has experience in the pharmaceutical and related industries spanning over a combined 40 years which has created a bank of knowledge for running digital campaigns. As a result, we provide dedicated training courses via workshops to help clients improve their digital marketing outputs.

TRAINING COURSES OVERVIEW

Workshops are typically presentation-based, where we use a mixture of PowerPoint slides and live case studies/walkthroughs. Further reading materials, articles and homework are also provided. All workshops are tailored based on our clients’ needs. Each workshop session lasts approximately 1hr 30mins, with approx 1hr 15mins allocated to the presentation and 15mins allocated for questions and further consultancy on each topic. Each workshop will focus on a particular area of digital and will run over Microsoft Teams by Orientation Marketing.

Orientation Marketing team members, who run the training courses, are accompanied by a second consultant each week as well as a range of other specialists within our network. Clients will have access to a range of Orientation Marketing staff by email outside of the core series to answer any further queries. Should there be a specific area of interest that requires more focus, Orientation Marketing is happy to amend the series and source additional speakers from our pharmaceutical marketing network if necessary.

Consultancy/workshops offered are used to enhance digital marketing ability to begin to communicate with the target audience. Once the workshop series concludes, we can provide ongoing consultancy on a per-hour basis as and when required.

Our training clients will have access to a range of Orientation Marketing staff who will lead the workshop, as well as partners from specialist disciplines where necessary to join the workshops when and where necessary.

GARETH ROBERTS

A Chartered Marketer, Gareth has held various marketing positions over 10 years across technology organisations, B2B consultancies and digital agencies. He has experience in content creation, email marketing, social media, PR and inbound marketing on a strategic and tactical level. He holds SharpSpring and HubSpot awards, including the Inbound and HubSpot Marketing Software certifications and is a CIM member.

KEVIN MCCARTHY

Kevin runs Orientation Marketing’s sister agency, Bio-Atomic, in North America. He is a PhD who started his role in the lab before working his way to be global marketing head at an international CMO. He has over 15 years of pharmaceutical services industry experience and specialises in strategic business functions that identify, connect and sign new business in technical industries.
