International Day of Happiness

International Day of Happiness

Five of Our Most Joyful Moments from the Past 12 Months!

International Day of Happiness aims to help people around the world realise how important happiness is in their lives. Happiness provides a range of benefits, including, boosting your health, enhancing your sleep, and reducing stress. It not only makes you feel good inside, but it also spreads that positive energy to those around you, creating a better atmosphere for everyone.

At Orientation Marketing, we believe in the power of happiness. Whether it’s our clients or our team, putting smiles on faces is at the core of everything we do. As we celebrate this special day, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on five of the happiest moments we've shared over the past year. Join us as we look back at these highlights!

1. Orientation Marketing Moved to a Bigger and Better New Office

In December we made an exciting move to new offices at Chester's well-known Steam Mill, marking a significant milestone in our recent growth and expansion. We also had the pleasure of welcoming the Lord Mayor of Chester, Councillor Razia Daniels, who kindly participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

We moved to bigger offices as we needed more space to keep delivering creative communications that help our clients grow. Now that we’re settled into The Steam Mill, we’re already enjoying the space, including the inspiring work environment, the friendly reception team that greets us with a smile, and extra areas to relax and work together. The move highlights how much our agency has grown and continues to evolve.

2. The Team Attended CPHI Milan

In October, the team attended CPHI Milan, where we had the opportunity to meet our clients, partners and friends to discuss all things marketing. We hosted our own Wine Trail, where guests had the opportunity to sample fantastic Italian wines and explore the various participating booths. We had the pleasure of joining Adare Pharma Solutions, Alcami Corporation, Bora Pharmaceuticals, Enzene Biosciences, Nanoform, Serán BioScience and Scorpius BioManufacturing. It was great to be back at CPHI once again in such an incredible city, and we look forward to returning this year to Frankfurt. Look out for updates closer to the event to find out what we have planned!

3. Growth Within the Agency

Over the past year, we have welcomed several new members. Rayan Thorpe joined as a PPC Lead, helping clients shape and manage their PPC strategy, across paid channels. Sofie Ellicott came on board as a Public Relations Account Executive, supporting our PR and Communications team, to ensure maximum coverage is achieved for our client’s news and key announcements. Lily Platt joined as an Account Executive offering support across several client accounts, whilst working towards a Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship with Apprentify. Aislinn Lloyd-Walsh joined us as an Account Director, managing and nurturing international clients across Europe, the U.S. and Asia, to ensure the seamless delivery of their integrated communications programs. Another exciting development for the agency is that we've brought creative and design in-house, and the continuous growth of our team and the agency overall has made the year truly special.

4. Orientation Marketing Events

We have attended many events within the past year including, DCAT 2024, BIO International Convention 2024, CPHI Milan, JPM Week 2025 and DCAT 2025. Events provide us with the opportunity to explore how we can help you boost your visibility and generate more business leads. At these shows, we enjoy participating in various events. During DCAT Week 2025, we had the privilege of supporting Outsourced Pharma’s CDMO Leadership Awards, which celebrated the industry's most valued partners, as recognized by the customers who rely on their services.

To stay informed about the events we’re attending, check out our upcoming events page.

5. Supporting our clients

Finally, and most importantly, we’ve had an incredible year supporting some of our fantastic clients. Whilst continuing to work with longstanding partners such as Adare Pharma Solutions, Catalent and Terumo, we’re also thrilled to celebrate the new partnerships formed over the past year with organisations such as Aenova, Bend Bioscience and Novartis.
